November 2005 co.relāt is visiting Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on November 23 & 24, 2005! Please visit us at our booth at the 2005 National Conference on Supported Employment, hosted by The Canadian Association for Supported Employment and learn more about how co.relāt can help manage the information flow in a busy people-serving agency.-- October 2005 The Information Forge has joined the Information and Communications Technology Association of Manitoba. The Information Forge supports ICTAM's work in promoting a strong and vibrant information technology sector. -- October 2005 The Information Forge team is happy to welcome Premier Choix of Saint-Boniface, Manitoba as a client. Premier Choix was able to move from a paper based system to co.relāt without having to upgrade their computer network. -- October 2005 The Manitoba Department of Labour and Immigration has chosen co.relāt as the platform that immigrant and refugee settlement agencies may use to manage information on their day to day work. Custom reports, designed in conjunction with the the Department, will enable funded agenices to produce monthly statistical reports in a standardized, approved format with the click of a mouse. -- September 2005 The new WebView module allows client agencies to provide a publicly searchable 'window' that is accessed from within their own website. The public can easily search for and view the real-time, up-to-date records that the agency has flagged as public within co.relāt. This module is another way that co.relāt helps client agencies to consolidate multiple lists and administrative processes and focus on more meaningul work. Along with much enthusiasm, Pat brings with her many years of experience in the development and maintenance of complex business systems. -- June 2005 Managing Partner, David Robinson, has been accepted as a board member of TRLabs. David is pleased to be able to support the IT community through this position. -- May 2005 Canadian Hosters provides a premier service from its highly secure data centre located in the National Research Council building in Winnipeg. Diesel generator and battery backup, robust firewall and data backup processes and a highly skilled technical team all help to ensure the highest levels of system security, stability and availability. -- June 2005 The Information Forge was pleased to once again participate in TRLabs annual dinner in Winnipeg, which was well attended by members of the government, business and IT sectors. -- May 2005 The Canadian Agricultural Safety Association has chosen co.relāt to manage their membership and resource bank information. A new module will allow the management of information on resource materials and allow the public to search and view the resource information via CASA's own website.
-- May 2005 The Information Forge team was pleased to be able to participate in the Breaking Barriers - Building Bridges Conference in Brandon, Manitoba, May 12 & 13. The trade show booth and presentation were well attended by members of the Western Manitoba non-profit community.
-- May 2005 TSEN has chosen co.relāt to automate their largely manual data management systems. co.relāt allows their staff to access real-time client data in a secure manner from their worksites in the community.
-- March 2005 FNCSF is using co.relāt as a common data management system that may be accessed by its staff with offices across Canada.
-- January 2005 SEED Winnipeg has chosen co.relāt to provide a centralized data management solution for all of its programs. co.relāt replaces a variety of older programs; it will allow the agency to keep only one record for each client, regardless of how many SEED programs they participate in. System customizations will allow SEED to track extensive financial information on clients. The system will also automate cumbersome manual processes that are required to manage complex financial transactions.
